The word Easter means “important day”. That’s days are one of the most important Lithuanian traditional festival. Easter is not only the feast of Christ’s Resurrection but also nature is awakening from winter’s sleep. Of course, this day belongs for Christian.
The early Eastern morning every family painted eggs. Eggs are different and very beautiful. Children very loved this moment. Easter egg is Easter symbol.
At home, early morning every family will go to the church. When they came back, then they must eaten eggs. That is one of traditional. Else every family mother will gobbled house because of house they shed bad dust. That said old people.
One of the happiest things for children’s is bowled eggs. Everyone bowled egg, whose egg is pound, that child is loser.
The secondly day, everyone goes to Falk. There all family sat at one big table and eaten many dish.
Finally, Easter is everyone lovely festival. Through this day, all family met each other. That is very nice. I can say that Easter is family day.
